Condominium work brings its own considerations: elevators, parking, working hours and the layers beneath the floor. In this Highland Park project, Ace coordinated removal, preparation and installation around those practical realities, finishing with an engineered red-oak floor.

The concrete was cleaned and sealed before new cork underlayment was glued down. Each layer was considered as part of the complete flooring system.
The new engineered wood flooring was installed using a glue-down method. Furniture was returned to the space at the end of the project.
