You choose what to share.
Phone links open your calling app. Email links open a draft in your email app; you review and send the message yourself. Ace receives the information you choose to include when you send an email or speak with the team.
Project planning tools can help prepare a brief in your browser. Reviewing a brief does not by itself send it to Ace or book any work.
Your planning, close at hand.
If you save an estimator draft, care checklist, care-product selection, or sample reminder preference, this website uses your browser’s local storage. These items are stored on that browser and device; they are not a signed-in customer account.
Remove an estimate with the tool’s remove option, adjust your selections, or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. Clearing site data removes the local saved items. Sample reminder preferences do not schedule emails or notifications.
A clearer picture of what helps.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website activity, such as page visits, device types, and referral sources. Vercel describes this service as using aggregated data without third-party cookies. Our analytics configuration removes query strings and URL fragments, and does not send project briefs or email addresses as custom events.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which also processes technical request information to deliver and secure its services. Read more about Vercel Web Analytics and privacy ↗.
Clear about what is connected.
The floating floor guide includes a chat demonstration with scripted replies. Messages stay in the current page session, are cleared when the page is reloaded, and are not sent to Ace or an AI service. The demo does not connect you with a live agent. If you choose “Email conversation,” your notes open in your email app for you to review and send yourself.
Newsletter requests currently open your email app. The website does not yet collect newsletter subscriptions online. My Ace is an account demonstration; it does not create a real login. Care-product selections are planning tools, not paid orders.
When you follow a link.
Social media, care references, and other external websites have their own privacy practices. Opening these links takes you to the relevant provider.
